What the Coaching Process Looks Like

While there are many variations, executive coaching usually involves a series of phases, beginning with an assessment of your current performance, goal setting specific to your needs, development and learning connected to your goals, and accountability for achieving those goals. The typical coaching engagement varies depending on the client's needs but is typically three to six months. Face-to-face coaching sessions are ideal, but many coaching sessions can be done over the phone or through video conferencing.
